WHO IS AN ALLY?
A Recovery Ally may be someone in recovery, but not necessarily! Allies are also family and friends, service providers and professionals in the field, community groups and concerned citizens who are passionate about our cause.
A Recovery Ally may play the role of a community partner, a volunteer, a speaker, a donor, someone who helps spread our message, or simply comes out to support us on Recovery Day!
We need your support to help reduce stigma towards individuals affected by addiction, and raise awareness about the many pathways to recovery in our community. The reality is that addiction touches all of our lives, and we believe the recovery involves a community solution.
